What You’ll Do
As a Sales Manager at Squad, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to success. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Agents to achieve individual and team sales goals

Analyze sales performance metrics and create action plans based on data insights
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless client journey
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and closing techniques

Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future performance accurately
Maintain a strong understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitor landscape
