What You’ll Do

In this client-facing role, you’ll focus on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating how Squad’s products or services can solve real challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other outreach methods

  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions

  • Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales processes
