What You’ll Do
In this client-facing role, you’ll focus on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating how Squad’s products or services can solve real challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other outreach methods
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales processes
